    What Is Enterprise Facilitation And How Does It Work?
      Enterprise Facilitators work with a community board comprised of civic leaders and community professionals to provide free, confidential and caring business assistance to:

      • Aspiring entrepreneurs wanting to start a business
      • Existing businesses looking to expand
      • Businesses facing obstacles and challenges

      One phone call to our trained and highly skilled Enterprise Facilitator starts the process. From there the Facilitator assists in having the client identify their existing strengths and weaknesses. Once identified, the Facilitator can begin providing intensive one-on-one assistance. They can link clients to programs and resources offered by development organizations and professionals as well as utilize the vast knowledge and skill base of the community board.

      A California non-profit public benefit corporation, Mt. Konocti Facilitation is able to accept funding from other non-profit economic development organizations, government programs and economic development grants, along with tax-deductible donations from corporations, businesses, foundations, organizations and private citizens.
